Do you feel like someone is following you online, even though you may have blocked their profiles?

Sometimes, the digital world may not be as friendly as we had hoped. In it, we may be surrounded by violence, discrimination, exploitation, abuse, harrassment and stalking - similar to the offline world. If you're feeling uncomfortable or as though your activities are being monitored and watched, we need to talk about stalking.

At Take Back the Tech! we know there are different realities related to stalking, but a commone one is in our intimate relationships.  This little pamphlet helps you reflect about the possibility of stalking in your life and gives you a road map to think about if your phone might be an accessory to stalking. Remember, if you are being monitored, don't make changes directly on your phone, as this can alert a stalker. Reach out to a friend or a feminist helpline for support and together you can follow suggestions in this brochure.
